A blow mold and a blow molding method using the same are provided to mold a product having a layer consisting of ribs and a non-woven fabric through a single molding process. A blow mold includes an upper half(101) and a lower half having cavity(C), and a blow nozzle(107) for blowing high temperature compressed air into a parison(105) interposed between the upper half and the lower half. The cavity of the upper half has an inner surface on which a seat is formed for installation of a non-woven fabric(200) to be attached to an outer surface of a molded product(100). The upper half has through holes penetrating from the seat to the outer surface of the upper half. The blow half further includes porous metals(111) press-fitted into the through holes of the upper half, a vacuum duct mounted on the outer surface of the upper half and seals the outer surface so as to suck air from the mold through the porous metals, a vacuum pump connected to the vacuum duct through a vacuum hose, and a cutter mold(119) arranged inside the lower half, and has a plurality of cutter inserts(121) for forming a plurality of ribs(300) on the parison during blow molding of the parison.
