A relief valve for lubrication of a cylinder de-activation engine is provided to prevent wear of a CDA operation mechanism due to supply insufficiency of lubrication oil by forming first and second flow paths and supplying the lubrication oil to the CDA operation mechanism when an engine is started. A relief valve for lubrication of a cylinder de-activation engine comprises a valve body part(4), a valve mechanism(6) and a flow path member(8). The valve body part is a cylinder member, provided with a male screw part(10) in an outer circumference of a lower part, screw-coupled to a main oil gallery and formed with a circumference groove in an inner wall side of an oil inflow part formed with a first through-hole. The valve mechanism is installed in the oil inflow part(16) of the valve body part, and includes a flanger(14) formed with a second orifice(28), a check ball(22) lifted on an upper side of the second orifice and an elastic member(24) elastically supporting the check ball. The flow path member is coupled to an outer circumference of the valve body part, and forms one flow path receiving first and second through-holes in an inner circumference.
