An exposed concrete wall is provided to reduce the cost of construction and to shorten a period of construction by using concrete panel members manufactured in commercial quantity without using a form panel at construction. An exposed concrete wall comprises a foundation concrete member(120) coupled with a foundation ground(200) formed in the ground by couplers, and a concrete panel member(130) coupled to the top of the foundation concrete member. The exposed concrete wall is constructed by piling up the concrete panel members on the foundation concrete member repeatedly in upward and lateral directions. In addition, a concrete member(140) for a flower bed is coupled to an upper side of the foundation concrete member or one side of the concrete panel member to be separable and planted with flowers or trees to improve the external appearance of the exposed concrete wall, and a mesh member(150) for a view is installed to the upper part between the concrete panel member and the concrete panel member to improve the external appearance of the exposed concrete wall together with the concrete member for a flower bed and to let a user take a view of the outside from the closed wall.
