<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing kinji-sou comprising adding active ingredients of suizennji-na (Gynura bicolor DC) (another name: kinji-sou), and a method for utilizing kinji-sou: and to provide an extract comprising kinji-sou active ingredients obtained by extracting the kinji-sou with water. <P>SOLUTION: The method for processing kinji-sou comprises a process of heating kinji-sou, and a process of drying the heated kinji-sou under reduced pressure.
