PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a server application belonging to a secure device cannot be used by a client application belonging to another secure device.

SOLUTION: A secure device comprises: an application storage part 202 for storing a client application as an application for performing data processing; an address calculation part 205 for determining whether the application storage part 202 has a server application for exchanging data with the client application; and a reference presence determination part 210 for determining whether another secure device has a first server application for exchanging data with a first client application when it is determined by the address calculation part 205 that the application storage part 202 does not have the first server application.
