FASTENER AND HANDRAIL MATERIAL HAVING THE FASTENER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of quickly securing a member such as a handrail material to a tightening part formed at a column without using a tool and quickly disconnecting it and a handrail member having the fastener.

SOLUTION: This fastener 10 can be detachably fitted to the tightening part 22 formed at the column 4 and having a disconnection prevention function. The fastener 10 comprises a guide part with a downward projection 31 and a fixed part formed of a core 32 so biased by a spring 33 as to be moved horizontally. The handrail column 2 comprises the fastener 10. A handle 36 may be formed integrally with the core 32.
