<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raised marker enabling a reduction in economical or operational load required for the replacement and illuminating in the night. <P>SOLUTION: This raised marker comprises electric double-layer capacitors for storing an electric power generated by a solar cell 6, a light-emitting diode 5, a voltage detection circuit 22 for detecting the voltages of the electric double-layer capacitors, an illuminance sensor 8 for detecting the illuminance in the environment, a first switch circuit 20 for so switching that the electric power can be charged into any one of the electric double-layer capacitors, a second switch circuit 21 for so switching that the electric power can be discharged from any one of the electric double-layer capacitors into a light-emitting element, a charging control circuit 23 for so controlling to switch the first switch circuit 20 that the electric power can be sequentially charged to the next electric double-layer capacitor, and a discharge control circuit 24 for so controlling to switch the second switch circuit 21 that the electric power of the next electric double-layer capacitor can be sequentially discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
