<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of optical film, capable of simultaneously forming at least two coating layers on a transparent support and that is low cost and has high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of optical film comprises a step of simultaneously coating and forming at least two coating layers, by using at least two kinds of coating solutions containing solvent and solute on the transparent support; and a step of drying the solvent in at least two coating layers. When at least two coating layers are set to be 1, 2 to n-1, and n layers, in this order starting from the uppermost surface toward the transparent support, the main component of the solute in the n-th layer is insoluble or is hardly soluble with respect to the main component of the solvent in the (n-1)-th layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
