<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surge protector provided with a negative-surge protection function to a semiconductor element. <P>SOLUTION: A reverse-flow blocking diode 50 for preventing a reverse current from flowing is arranged between an ignition terminal 30 and an anode (the positive-electrode side) of each light-emitting diode 41A-41C. Accordingly, the reverse-flow blocking diode 50 is serially connected to each light-emitting diode 41A-41C. A rectifier diode 61 (a voltage limiting circuit 60) is connected between the anode (the positive-electrode side) of each light-emitting diode 41A-41C and a ground line GND (the negative-electrode side of each light-emitting diode 41A-41C) so as to have a polarity reverse to that of each light-emitting diode 41A-41C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
