PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an intermittent winding unit over a long period, by preventing fatigue of an energizing spring by a radial load by tension of a top tape of a winding object, in the intermittent winding unit having a one-way clutch for driving and a one-way clutch for preventing reverse rotation. SOLUTION: An input side rocking member 24 and an output side winding member 38 are installed in a coaxial state around a fixing shaft member 3. The one-way clutch 6 for driving and the one-way clutch 7 for preventing reverse rotation are respectively interposed side by side in the axial direction between the fixing shaft member 3 and the winding member 38. A pocket 15 of a driving side clutch member 9 is eccentrically arranged in the peripheral direction. A radial bearing 16 is arranged on an outer diameter surface except for an eccentrically arranged area of the pocket 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
