<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-shaped heat exchanger capable of preventing leakage of fluid to the outside and reducing manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: A plate assembly 100 having a fluid flow channel inside is formed by stacking plate elements 110-150. Mouthpieces 210 are inserted into mouthpiece insertion holes respectively formed on the plate elements 110-150, and screwed in washers 220, bolts 310 are inserted into the bolt insertion holes, and screwed in nuts 320, and a plate-shaped assembly 100 is held from the thickness direction and fastened and fixed, thus the plate-shaped heat exchanger 10 is formed. The plate elements 110-150 have mirror finish, and are closely kept into contact with each other by being fastened, thus the leakage of fluid can be prevented, and joining of the plate elements becomes unnecessary, which reduces manufacturing costs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
