PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera shake correction device, photographing device and camera shake correction method, wherein generation of noise can be prevented when a photographed image is subjected to shake correction so as to obtain the photographed image with no shake. SOLUTION: The camera shake correction device comprises an angular velocity detection unit 34 for detecting shaking during photographing, an inverse transformation filter unit 36 for correcting shaking in a photographed image in accordance with the detected shaking, and a smoothing unit 42 for smoothing luminance of the photographed image, and is constituted so that the photographed image where smoothing processing is applied by the smoothing unit 42, is subjected to shake correction with the inverse transformation filter unit 36.
