PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a heat insulation panel in a vending machine for preventing occurrence of recesses or wrinkles on a surface sheet for flattening the whole surface of the surface sheet when the heat insulation panel is manufactured by injecting resin fluid into internal spaces of intermediate bodies using a flexible material for the surface sheet and foaming the resin fluid for filling the internal spaces with resin foam. SOLUTION: When an edge member 21 is arranged along respective sides 24 and 24 of two rectangular surface sheets 4 and 4 arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals, a plurality of intermediate bodies 15 having an internal space 2 are formed. The intermediate bodies 15 are respectively placed on a lower die and intermediate dies 17 of a press metal mold 16 having the lower die, a plurality of intermediate dies 17, and an upper die 18. On the upper side surface sheet 4, an air vent plate body 6 having a plurality of air vent thin grooves 7 formed on a lower face 6a is placed. Then, the intermediate bodies 15 and the air vent plate body 6 are pressed from the upper and lower sides, and the internal spaces 2 of the intermediate bodies 15 are filled with resin foam by injecting the resin fluid F into the internal spaces 2 and foaming it.
