PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery sales stall keeping a secondary battery in a charged state for sales. SOLUTION: A secondary battery package body 4 packaging the secondary batteries is provided with a charging pack (non-contact power receiving means) 46, which is housed in the secondary battery sales stall 102 for sales with its display receptacle 116 equipped with a non-contact power transmission means 117. The charging pack 46 generates charging power by transmission from the non-contact power transmission means 117 constituted of a light source, a magnetic field generating device, or the like, corresponding to the non-contact power receiving means by way of a solar cell, electromagnetic induction, or the like, to charge the secondary battery.
