PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an image obtained by photographing a wide range to be recorded and to make contents of a required image easy to discriminate by enlarging and displaying an image of a narrow range on the basis of prescribed information. SOLUTION: A camera device includes a camera part 200 having a wide angle photographic lens 221 and an imaging means 230, microphones 311, 312, and 313 for collecting sounds emitted from a subject and/or sounds around the subject, a processing control means 240 for recording image data subjected to image processing and sounds collected by microphones 311 etc., a display means 300 provided with a display screen on which an image of image data subjected to image processing is displayed simultaneously with reproduction of collected sounds, and an operation means 400 for operating the display screen. The processing control means 240 performs processing of recording an entire picked-up image and processing of cutting out and displaying an area in a sounding direction or a specified area out of the entire picked-up image on the basis of collected sounds or other information when displaying the image on the display means 300.
