PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel, a plasma display device, and a driving method of the plasma display device wherein light brightness can be improved. SOLUTION: The plasma display device includes a plasma display panel, a scanning driving part, a first address driving part, and a second address driving part. The plasma display panel includes a plurality of numbers of discharge cells corresponding to a region where at least one electrode among the plurality of scanning electrodes intersects with the plurality of numbers of the discharge cells. The scanning driving part supplies scanning pulses to the plurality of the scanning electrodes. The first address driving part supplies data pulses to a part of electrodes among the plurality of address electrodes. The second address driving part receives the supply of the data pulses supplied to a part among the plurality of the address electrodes, and the data pulses are supplied to at least one electrode among the rest of the address electrodes except a part.
