PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure and a connection method for an electrical connector for less possibility of occurrence of a restriction on the distance between primary and secondary electrical junctions, without causing deteriorated workability and increased cost when connecting the primary and secondary electrical junctions located in a transverse direction. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 10 and a speaker 12 are placed adjacently in a horizontal and transverse direction after housing them into an inner housing 7 of a mobile phone, and an electrical connector 20 is installed between electrodes 11 and 13 for the printed wiring board 10 and speaker 12 for electrically conductive connection. A housing hole 9 for the electrical connector 20 is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the inner housing 7. The electrical connector 20 is composed of an elastic elastomer 21 which is housed into the housing hole 9 of the inner housing 7, and is attached between the printed wiring board 10 and speaker 12; and many thin conductors 23 which are attached in parallel on the top surface of the elastic elastomer 21 for making contact with the electrodes 11 and 13 for the printed wiring board 10 and speaker 12.
