PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a work term and sufficiently express the ground flattening property of an original waterproof material without deteriorating extensibility as the waterproof material. SOLUTION: A waterproof processing method comprises coating the outermost layer with one pack polyurethane waterproofer composition containing isocyanate group terminal polyurethane prepolymer obtained by allowing polyol containing polyoxyalkylpolyol to react with non-yellowing polyisocynate as a hardening component at a coated quantity of 0.5 to 3.0 kg/m2, and a top coat that is a protective finish material is not coated.
