PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine provided with a structure on an outer rail surrounding a game region for preventing a piano wire or the like, a fraudulent act member, from being inserted inside the game region in addition to a structure for preventing the piano wire or the like from being inserted into a frame part of a door frame. SOLUTION: A backward bending part 31 extending outward from the outer rail 20 is formed in an edge side of the upper end of the outer rail 20 surrounding the game region 12 among guide rails for guiding a game ball shot by a shot device inside the game region 12 formed in a game board 11.
