PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net for producing rice cracker dough with which dough for a warped-shape rice cracker (abare-senbei) having almost entirely constant thickness is produced; and to provide a method for producing dough for warped-shape rice cracker. SOLUTION: The net for producing rice cracker dough for producing rice cracker dough is designed so that rice cracker dough formed into a desired shape and deformable is put thereon. The net is provided with a first net on which a plurality blocks of the rice cracker dough are placed and through which part of the rice cracker dough is dropped down among meshes thereof, and a second net which is placed below the first net in parallel and whose meshes are formed so as to prevent the rice cracker dough from dropping down, wherein part of the plurality blocks of rice cracker dough placed on the first net drops down among the meshes of the first net. The respective dropped down rice cracker dough parts come in contact with the second net to prevent further dropping down so as to make the entire thickness of the rice cracker dough constant.
