A memory device having a data processing function and a data processing method thereof are disclosed. The memory device can include a process area, written with an output command by a processor; an output area, written with displaying data by the processor; and a processing unit, transmitting the displaying data, written in the output area, to an external according to the output command. With present invention, a selling price can be decreased and the size of a display window can be maximized, because it is unnecessary to be equipped with a memory for temporarily storing data to be displayed. |
