摘要 <p>The textile bordering machine comprises a vertical drive mechanism for movement of a pair of large presses (41), a mechanism for feeding of a fabric (C) from a set- to a stitching position, an illuminant marker (30) with a light-emitting component (31, 32), a control mechanism for the formation of a seam in the fabric, a drive mechanism for the marker, a reverse adjustment mechanism for controlling the feeding mechanism, a movement mechanism, a correction control mechanism for controlling the drive mechanism, and a memory device for storage of operating position data. The textile bordering machine comprises a vertical drive mechanism for movement of a pair of large presses (41), a mechanism for feeding a fabric (C) from a set position to a stitching position, an illuminant marker (30) with a light-emitting component (31, 32), a control mechanism for the formation of a seam in the fabric by moving a needle in the vertical direction, while the fabric is fed in such a manner that a stitching is started or terminated at a reference position, a drive mechanism for the illuminant marker for displacement of an illuminating position of a marking, a reverse adjustment control mechanism for controlling the feeding mechanism, a movement mechanism for the execution of an input, a correction control mechanism for controlling the drive mechanism of the illuminant marker, and a memory device for storage of operating position data in order to flash the marking at the reference position. The large presses press a fabric against a table and hold it. At the set position the fabric is pressed and held by the downward movement of the large presses. The needle is moved at the stitching position in the vertical direction. The light-emitting component is arranged above the table and at a feed side of the weaving position in the fabric feed direction. The illuminant marker flashes the marking on the reference position by means of emission of light from the light-emitting component. The seam end to be formed in the fabric is positioned at the reference position. After the stitching process is terminated, the large presses are moved back to the set position. The flashing position of the marker coincides with a real end of the seam formed in the fabric for correcting the flashing position of the marker. The fabric is placed in the set position after the termination of the stitching process. In the correction control mechanism, the flashing position of the marking coincides in a subsequent stitching step with the flashing position, which is corrected by the movement mechanism. The drive mechanism of the illuminant marker displaces the flashing position of the marking in unison with the input from the movement mechanism. The correction control mechanism stores or updates the information of the flashing position displaced by the drive mechanism of the illuminant marker as the operating position data in the memory device.</p>
