A method and a system for processing payment, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to process the payment without any payment error in a payment process using a phone by making the phone provide payment tool information read through an embedded card reader to a voice call-based member shop server and making the member shop server generate/process a payment approval request message. A phone(300) is equipped with the card reader, and orders goods/services and transmits card information read through the embedded card reader to the member shop server(100) after connecting a call with the member shop server. The member shop server transmits guide information for processing the goods/service order and payment to the phone, and receives goods/service order information and the card information from the phone after connecting the call with the phone. The member shop server generates a payment approval request message by using the card information and the goods/service order information, and transmits the generated message to a financial company serer(200) corresponding to the card information.
