A method for displaying an image of a speaker during PoC(Push-to-Talk over Cellular) call communication is provided to improve QoS(Quality of Service) by maximizing affinity to the other party during call communication. When the user of the first PoC terminal registers an image of the user of the second PoC terminal to add a conversion person in a conversion person management menu, the first PoC terminal transmits image registration information of the added person to a PoC server(S101). The PoC server receives the image registration information and adds image information in profile information of the corresponding person(S102). When the second PoC terminal takes an authority to speak during call communication between the first and second PoC terminals, the PoC server transmits the image information of the user of the second PoC terminal to the first PoC terminal so that the image of the user of the second PoC terminal can be displayed on the first PoC terminal(S103). The PoC server checks whether the call communication between the first and second PoC terminals is terminated(S104). When the call communication between the first and second PoC terminals is terminated, a call termination is processed(S105).
