A method for producing a three-dimensional structured surface with haptically and/or optically detectable microstructures is provided to obtain a high quality three dimensional surface by changing data set many times. A method for producing a three-dimensional structured surface with haptically and/or optically detectable microstructures includes the steps of: preparing a virtual or real elastic film(10); determining expansion and contraction of the elastic film during a process of molding a structured surface; changing data set to compensate expansion and contraction partially; inspecting failures on a micro structure of the elastic film structured by the changed data set; repeating the second and fourth steps until a final data set is obtained; and structuring the elastic film to form a structure-support surface on the elastic film.
