PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a transparent layer for separating signal layers at high speed with less fluctuation of the film thickness thereof.

SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a multilayer information recording medium which has two or more information recording layers and wherein a resin layer is formed between the information recording layers, a defect generated when the resin layer is stuck to a transfer substrate can be reduced by blowing warm air when the resin layer is formed by a screen printing method to enhance surface properties of the obtained resin layer after application of resin in at least a method for forming the resin layer.
