<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing color filter which is capable of uniformizing film thickness of each color of R, G, B and removing irregularity of the same by discharging ink while keeping a reduced ink viscosity and nevertheless does not cause phenomena such as color mixing of respective colors and dropping caused by vibrations accompanied by high-speed conveyance, rotation, etc., after the discharging in accordance with the reduction in ink viscosity, with respect to the method of manufacturing color filter using an inkjet coating apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing color filter, the ink is discharged from an inkjet head unit 1 in which nozzles for respective colors of R, G, B are arranged onto a transparent substrate 2 mounted on a substrate conveyance stage 10, wherein the temperature of the substrate conveyance stage 10 is adjusted in the range of 25 to 50°C, the ink viscosity thereupon is made to be in the range of 20 to 10 mPa s and, after discharging the ink, a conveyed transparent substrate is irradiated with ultraviolet ray to harden the discharged ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
