<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the shape of a high-voltage terminal which can prevent the separation of a core 33 without increasing a working dimension accuracy of a part, ensure stable insertion into a predetermined depth, and surely prevent the high-voltage terminal 29 from falling off after the insertion; and to provide a method of manufacturing a transformer portion which can be mass produced; and thus, to provide a small-sized and inexpensive ignitor-integrated lamp socket, a transformer for a lamp, and a method of manufacturing the transformer for the lamp. <P>SOLUTION: A separation preventing means for a core inserted into the center hole of a bobbin is provided at a high-voltage side terminal. Consequently, the core can be surely fixed at a specified position during a transfer from a core insert process to a next process when a transformer as a part of an ignitor is assembled, and, when an ignitor-integrated valve socket is assembled, the core is hard to move from the specified position, the possibility of separation of the core is reduced, the working dimension accuracies of both the core and the valve socket can be reduced, and thus a product working cost and dimensional control and inspection cost can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
