PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing and manufacturing method of a substrate sheet for releasing the substrate sheet such as Fresnel lens from a forming mold. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the substrate sheet including a circular shape pattern comprises: a coating step of applying a resin to the circular shape pattern forming mold; a substrate pressure bonding step of supplying and pressurizing the substrate on the upper surface of the coated resin; a resin curing step of curing a coated resin; and a releasing step of releasing the cured resin with the substrate from the pattern forming mold. The manufacturing method also comprises a releasing step which forms a pressure part having a center part of the pattern forming mold, a center pressing part e for pressurizing an equal position from the center, and outer peripheral releasing suppressing parts d1, d2, brings the center pressing part and the outer peripheral releasing suppressing parts to contact with the vicinity of the center part on the upper surface of the substrate, and releases the substrate sheet by pressuring.
