摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy joined material which is drastically improved in press formability and enables press working in complicated shape without being fractured at the joint and the vicinity thereof upon press forming. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy joined material is integrally formed by joining a plurality of 6,000 series aluminum alloy sheet materials with different sheet thicknesses by a friction stir welding process in a state of being butted, and satisfies [the maximum value P<SB>max</SB>of (t<SB>n</SB>×H<SB>n</SB>)]/[the minimum value P<SB>min</SB>of (t<SB>n</SB>×H<SB>n</SB>)]≤1.25, and Pj<SB>min</SB>≥t<SB>n</SB>×(P<SB>min</SB>of H<SB>n</SB>).
