PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding equipment capable of performing the flush welding by positioning a locking member and a bar steel with high accuracy in spite of variance in dimension of the bar steel such as reinforcing bars. SOLUTION: When joining a boss 5 of a locking member 2 having a plate part 4 and a columnar boss 5 with a bar steel 3 by the flush welding, a Z-direction adjustment screw 25 and an X-direction adjustment screw 32 of a position adjustment mechanism unit 9 are operated to move a Z-direction movable block 24 in the vertical direction along a fixed block 23, to move an X-direction movable block 31 in the horizontal direction along the Z-direction movable block 24, and to move a fix-clamping means 20 holding the locking member 2. The boss 5 and the bar steel 3 are positioned by a simple operation by matching a center of the boss 5 of the locking member 2 with a center of the bar steel 3.
