PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery sales system for selling a secondary battery in a charged state up to a dischargeable capacity ready for use. SOLUTION: A non-contact power receiving means 123 is coupled with a secondary battery package body 3 packaging secondary batteries, and has a charging power source transmitted to the non-contact power receiving means 123 from a non-contact power transmission means 117 by either medium of light, electromagnetic waves, and a magnetic field. The non-contact power receiving means 123 can be recycled and reused, but a method of integrating the non-contact power receiving means 123, or supplying the charged power to the secondary battery by contact connection can also be applied.
