PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-filled type long metal section mainly for use in a window-frame building material, which suitably prevents the occurrence of internal dew condensation and which can enhance the rigidity of a window frame itself, and a manufacturing method for the long metal section. SOLUTION: A step of injecting a non-expandable polyurethane resin-formable composition into a long metal tub-like frame comprises a plurality of lamination steps. After the first lamination step, glass roving is arranged on the top surface of a composition layer which is formed through the step. In the second lamination step, after the polyurethane resin-formable composition is further injected onto the arranged glass roving, the polyurethane resin-formable composition is solidified.
