PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display tag that enables a utility pole number to be easily recognized even in the night or after having deteriorated with time and that reduces replacement cost. SOLUTION: The information display tag 1 is fixed to a utility pole, and has a first plate body 2 which has one surface in contact with the utility pole and colors in black and a second plate body 3 which is put over the other surface of the first plate body 2 and colors in white. The second plate body 3 has through parts 31 whose outward shapes show predetermined meanings, and the first plate body 2 has luminescing luminous paint layers 22 and light-reflecting reflective materials 21 formed in the through parts 31.
