PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polysaccharides and oligosaccharides having activity binding to various proliferation factors and neurite outgrowth-promoting activity, a composition containing the same for treating neurological diseases, a composition containing the same for treating inflammatory diseases or a composition containing the same for treating wounds.
