PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition having hydrolysis resistance and retaining resin properties for a long period. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition contains (B) 0.01-15 pts.wt. of at least one hydrolysis inhibitor selected from carbodiimide, isocyanate and oxazoline compounds and (C) 0.01-1 pt.wt. of a phosphorus type stabilizer relative to (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyester resin.
