摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a film material excellent in sustaining hydrophilicity and hardness. SOLUTION: The resin composition for forming a hydrophilic film contains a polyol, an amino resin, and a nonionic surface active agent having ethylene oxides in a molecule. According to the resin composition for forming the hydrophilic film, a resin having high hardness is formed by cross-linking the polyols with the amino resin, and the ethylene oxides and terminal hydroxyl groups exert stable hydrophilicity so that the film material excellent in hydrophilicity and hardness can be formed. Since the nonionic surface active agent having the ethylene oxides in the molecule is held in the cross-linked chains of the resin so as not to easily effuse to the outside, the film material excellent in sustaining hydrophilicity and hardness can be provided.
