PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber composite sheet having flexibility, high heat-radiating/electric wave-shielding properties, and excellent heat resistance. SOLUTION: The heat-radiating sheet having flexibility and high heat resistance is made by compositing a three-dimensional random mat with a thermosetting and/or thermoplastic silicone-based elastomer resin.
