PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic resin composition that has improved wettability, printability, paint adherence and adhesive property and provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The modified polyolefinic resin composition comprises (A) a modified polyolefinic resin and (B) a (meth)acrylic polymer, wherein (A) is a modified polyolefinic resin obtained by melt kneading (a) a polyolefinic resin, (b) a vinyl polymer bearing a group having at least one of C-C double bond per one molecule, and (c) a radical polymerization initiator.
