PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building three-dimensional waterproofing strap which is extended and applied to a gap (a pinhole) formed at a three-dimensional intersection point such as a corner of the lower side of a window frame which can never be completely covered with a waterproofing tape or the like to surely waterproof it. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive strap having a large elongation is composed of a waterproofing material, and one surface or both surfaces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive strap are covered with a releasing material, and the release material on one surface or both surfaces is peeled to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive strap which is then freely extended in all directions and can be freely applied to a three-dimensional irregular surface. Accordingly, even a gap (a pinhole) formed at a three-dimensional intersection point such as a corner of the lower side of a window frame which can never be completely covered with a hydro-extracting sheet can be surely covered up and waterproofed.
