PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair which can always keep a suitable posture when the posture is changed variously during work, and can take a relaxed posture while looking at a display when using OA apparatus such as a personal computer. SOLUTION: The upper part and the lower part of a backrest board 14 with an intermediate part resiliently bendable backward are attached to the upper part and the lower part of a vertical rod part 10b in a pair of right and left backrest frames 10 which rise from the rear part of a seat part.
