PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame mounted with electronic circuit, which allows setting and changing colors or patterns of light emitting elements, music or guidance from speakers, and surveillance by a miniature camera by controlling remotely using a computer control instrument and a remote control or a network. SOLUTION: A frame (1) is provided with a control circuit, the computer control instrument or a combination of them. A luminescence zone (8) is formed by self-irradiation of the frame using the light emitting elements such as LEDs for improving decorative effects of the frame by synergy of lighting up of a displayed object (7) and a tone of colors of lighting for the displayed article. Environments and functions can be changed using the remote control (6) or the network. Further, the speakers (4) are mounted to the frame (1) for audio effects, or the miniature CCD camera (9) is mounted for achieving security by combining a surveillance camera and a surveillance room.
