PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball feeding and cleaning apparatus, securing high feeding force even when an ultraviolet ray irradiation means and high-tensile force feeding belt are used. SOLUTION: This ball feeding and cleaning apparatus 1 includes: a ball feeding mechanism 100 for feeding with a ball 2 held between an endless feeding belt member 110 and a ball guide member 120; and an ultraviolet irradiation means 200 for irradiating ultraviolet rays to the ball. The ball guide member 120 includes: a box 130 storing the ultraviolet ray irradiation means 200; a plurality of round rod-like guide rails turnably suspended at intervals on the box 130; and a guide rail pressing member for energizing the guide rails. The guide rail pressing member includes: a plurality of plate springs; a plate spring fixing member; a guide rail holding member; and a guide rail locking member. The guide rail holding member includes: a cylindrical part where the guide rail freely passes; a neck part extended from one side of the cylindrical part and freely installed on the guide rail locking member; and a base part extended from the neck part at right angles on both right and left to serve as a contact surface of the plate spring.
