A PCV nipple and a surge tank is provided to prevent the inside of the PCV nipple from being frozen by improving the structure of the PCV nipple and the surge tank. A PCV nipple(20) and a surge tank(10) comprises an extended inner wall(12). A part of an inlet(11a) is sealed with the extended inner wall extended from an inner wall of the surge tank so as to improve flow of blow-by gas. The PCV nipple is formed to have flow direction property of the blow-by gas, thereby preventing the inside of the PCV nipple from being frozen. |
