A system and a method for processing payment using a phone, and the phone and a program recording medium thereof are provided to process the payment conveniently without any payment error generated from incorrect manipulation of the phone by reading payment tool information through a card reader installed to the phone, and generating/providing a payment approval request message including the payment tool information and payment information to a voice call-based server of a member shop. A phone(200) is equipped with the card reader, requests goods or service requested by connecting a call to a member shop, and receives the payment information from the member shop terminal. The phone generates the payment approval request message by using card information read through the card reader and the payment information, and transmits the message to a financial company server(165) corresponding to the card information. The financial company server approves the payment approval request message, and transmits an approval result to the member shop terminal and/or the phone. When the payment approval request message is generated, the phone replaces a unique terminal number included in the message with a unique member shop terminal number. |
