A structure of a wood panel is provided to realize excellent cracking or bending strength derived from a veneer board as well as excellent compression strength derived from a medium density fiberboard, thereby improving the durability even under severe impact or distortion. A structure of a wood panel comprises a synthetic board(1) and a veneer board(2) attached to the top of the synthetic panel, wherein the synthetic panel is attached to the veneer board by way of adhesion. The synthetic board includes a chip board or medium density fiberboard.
