<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which is safe and effective, can be used not concerning the type of a splinted wound or the characteristic of a patient population and reinforces healing of a splinted wound. <P>SOLUTION: Three-dimensional cutaneous tissue allograft constructs include undifferentiated fetal cells integrated with a collagen matrix. The constructs can be applied in any orientation, making them useful for a variety of applications. The undifferentiated fetal cells of the construct can be fetal skin cells, such as those that are capable of differentiating into dermal fibroblasts or epidermal keratinocytes under appropriate culture conditions. The constructs are used for a pharmaceutical for prevention or treating for a cutaneous status, trouble or disorder and in preparing a veterinary product or a makeup product.
