<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an occupant to be refreshed by carrying out exercise stretching the whole of the body. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicular rotating element device 10, when an operation switch 22 is operated, a door driving unit 18 is driven. Therefore, a flip-up type back door 14 rotatably coupled to a vehicle body at one end side and capable of rotating in a vehicular vertical direction is rotated to an upper side in the vehicular vertical direction. On an opening end side of the back door 14, a grip portion 20 which the occupant can grip is provided. Therefore, when the occupant rotates the back door 14 to the upper side in the vehicular vertical direction while gripping the grip portion 20, the occupant can carry out the exercise stretching the whole of the body while suspended from a part on the opening end side.
