<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method of detecting the level and gas of a ballast tank in a ship, capable of saving a piping structure of a level detecting device detecting the water-filling level of the ballast tank and a gas detecting device detecting the gas concentration in the ballast tank in a ship. <P>SOLUTION: The level detecting device and the gas detecting device of the ballast tank in the ship are provided with a conduit capable of being switch-connected to the level detecting device and the gas detecting device through a three-way switching valve and shared for an air discharging conduit of the level detecting device and a gas sucking conduit of the gas detecting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
