PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially advantageous method and an apparatus for producing granules included with a liposoluble substance in a dispersed state.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the granules comprises contacting a first misty solution comprising water-soluble polymer solution having the ability to form physical gel and the liposoluble substance with a second misty solution containing a gelatinizer. The apparatus for producing the granules is characterized in including a spraying means for contacting the first misty solution with the second misty solution.
